It\u2019s the Puerto Vallarta we grew up loving, local life, friendly faces, tiny corner stores, incredible food smells floating through the air, and sunsets that look like they\u2019ve been edited (they haven\u2019t!!!).<\/p>\n<p>And because we\u2019re a small, family-run crew (born and raised right here), you\u2019re not getting some generic \u201ccheck-in code and good luck\u201d situation. You\u2019re getting us. Real humans. Local help. Local tips. Local vibes. My name\u2019s <strong>Jeff (the pvkid)<\/strong>, and I\u2019m sooo proud of what we do, because when you stay with us, you\u2019re not just visiting PV\u2026 you\u2019re actually <em>living it<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h2>First: Why Old Town is the BEST place to stay (seriously)<\/h2>\n<p>Old Town is walkable, full of personality, and feels alive from sunrise to last call. It\u2019s not the \u201cbig resort bubble.\u201d It\u2019s where you step outside and immediately see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neighborhood caf\u00e9s doing strong coffee and sweet pan dulce  <\/li>\n<li>Street tacos that\u2019ll ruin you for tacos anywhere else  <\/li>\n<li>Hand-painted tiles and pops of color everywhere you look  <\/li>\n<li>Beach days that turn into pier walks that turn into \u201clet\u2019s grab one more drink\u201d nights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And if you\u2019re staying in <strong>Amapas<\/strong>, you\u2019re super close to the action but with a little more \u201cahhh\u201d factor. You wake up, the light is glowing, and the whole neighborhood slowly starts moving.<\/p>\n<p>A few ideas (tested and VERY approved):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grab coffee and do a slow stroll while the streets are still quiet  <\/li>\n<li>Hit a local market and pick up something handmade  <\/li>\n<li>Beach for a few hours (Los Muertos is a classic for a reason)  <\/li>\n<li>Late lunch somewhere you found by accident that ends up being your new favorite place  <\/li>\n<li>Sunset walk where the sky looks like it\u2019s showing off<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And the best part? You don\u2019t need a complicated plan. It has this gorgeous, peaceful vibe, like you\u2019re tucked into a calmer pocket, but still close enough to pop into town anytime.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights that guests get excited about (and honestly, we do too):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Panoramic bay + mountain views  <\/li>\n<li>Tall glass windows and doors that bring in all the light  <\/li>\n<li>A balcony moment that\u2019s basically made for coffee and sunsets  <\/li>\n<li>Strong WiFi (yes, we know that matters!)  <\/li>\n<li>A full kitchen for \u201clet\u2019s stay in tonight\u201d dinners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you want to see it: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thepvgirl.com\/opportunity\/\">The PVGirl<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Also: real talk: this one has that \u201ccome home, exhale\u201d energy.
