Let\u2019s talk about one of my absolute favorites: Casa Mi Sue\u00f1o! The name literally means "My Dream House," and let me tell you, it lives up to the name and then some! This place is sooo beautiful! Imagine waking up in a king-size bed, opening those massive glass doors, and being greeted by a panoramic view of Banderas Bay and the lush Sierra Madre mountains. It is SPECTACULAR!<\/p>\n

\"Casa<\/p>\n

It\u2019s tucked away in the hills just enough to give you that peaceful, serene feeling where you can hear the birds chirping, but it\u2019s still only 4 blocks away from all the action! You\u2019ll want to spend every single evening right there with a cold drink, watching the sky turn those gorgeous shades of pink and orange.<\/p>\n

The kitchen is fully equipped, and they\u2019ve even got a Smart TV with basically every movie and sports channel you could ever want. But honestly, with a view like that, you\u2019ll probably forget the TV even exists! Just a quick heads-up: there are 12 steps down to the apartment, so it\u2019s perfect for active travelers who want that authentic hillside feel.<\/p>\n

Next up is our charming Hummingbird studio, also known as Casa Colibr\u00ed! This place is just sooo cute and cozy! It\u2019s a wide-open concept studio that is literally surrounded by nature. If you love the idea of being "away from it all" while still being right in the heart of the city, you will fall head over heels for this spot.<\/p>\n

The BEST Location Ever!<\/h3>\n

One of the things our guests LOVE the most is how close everything is! We always tell people that the walk from our properties in the Amapas area down to the world-famous Los Muertos Beach is an AMAZING 10-15 minute walk. It\u2019s the perfect distance! You get a little bit of exercise, you see the beautiful local architecture, and before you know it, your toes are in the sand.<\/p>\n

Walking through the Zona Rom\u00e1ntica (or Old Town, as we locals often call it!) is like stepping into a dream. The cobblestone streets, the vibrant bougainvillea spilling over white-washed walls, and the smell of fresh tortillas in the air: it\u2019s just EVERYTHING! You can spend hours just wandering around, discovering tiny art galleries and the most delicious coffee shops.
