If you want a space that feels like a literal dream, you HAVE to check out The PVGirl! We call it Casa Colibri, and it is a wide-open concept studio that is just PURE MAGIC! It’s located in the hills just 4 blocks from Los Muertos Beach, giving you the best of both worlds. You get the peace and quiet of nature, but you’re only minutes away from the action!

You’ve got high-speed WiFi for those of you working remotely (the ultimate office view, right?), and a kitchen stocked with everything you need to whip up a local feast. Located only 5 blocks from the beach, Vizcarra 2 is surrounded by the real sounds of Puerto Vallarta: kids playing soccer in the streets, traditional convenience stores on every other corner, and the smell of fresh tortillas in the air. It’s a studio that has everything you need to live simply and practically while being steps away from the best of Old Town. You’ve got great water pressure (a must!), ice-cold A/C, and that super-fast internet we know you need! It’s the ultimate spot for anyone who wants to ditch the tourist traps and see how life is really lived here.
Exploring Our Neighborhood: Old Town & Amapas
Let’s talk about the vibe! We only recommend staying in Old Town (our beloved Zona Romántica) and the beautiful Amapas area. Why? Because that’s where the SOUL is! You won't find those generic high-rise buildings here; instead, it’s all about low-rise charm, colorful tiles, and bougainvillea for days!
One of our absolute favorite things to do is the walk from Amapas to Los Muertos Beach. It’s such a beautiful stroll and only takes about 10–15 minutes! It’s the perfect way to start your morning or end your afternoon. You get to see the ocean on one side and the lush green mountains on the other. It’s honestly breathtaking every single time, even for us who have lived here our whole lives!
Whether you’re wandering the cobblestone streets of Old Town, sipping a margarita at a local bar, or exploring the art galleries and farmers' markets, you’ll never run out of things to do. And the best part? At the end of the day, you get to return to a place that feels like HOME.
